Tivoli joined Allies for Every Child in 2011. As Chief Operating Officer, Tivoli is responsible for oversight of a range of administrative and programmatic functions and provides leadership on key strategic priorities.
She is dedicated to providing effective services that lead to pivotal outcomes for children and families, always with a focus on agency sustainability. Working in close partnership with the CEO, Tivoli has been instrumental in Allies’ evolution, playing an integral role in embedding standards of excellence that earned the agency its national accreditation by the Council on Accreditation; securing public and private grants; building and optimizing budgets; nurturing key relationships; and providing program leadership across early education and child welfare services.
Prior to joining Allies, Tivoli conducted management research at Dr. Graham’s Homes, a nonprofit residential school in Northern India, oversaw operations during a period of significant growth for a Los-Angeles-based residential real estate escrow company, and raised funds to support United Way of Greater LA’s work on permanent supportive housing. Tivoli holds a degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
